A Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel is planned for development near Jacksonville International Airport. The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing an environmental resource permit application submitted Sept. 11 for the hotel on 3.46 acres of vacant land along the north side of Airport Road east of International Airport Boulevard.
