Plans for new dining options Downtown Jacksonville are set to move forward after the Downtown Investment Authority board approved incentives for two restaurants Sept. 18. In a 7-0 vote, the board approved $345,314 in forgivable loans for the Prudential Club on the Southbank and a $173,055 incentive package for Dorothy’s Downtown in the space vacated by the Burrito Gallery at 21 E. Adams St. on the Northbank.
