The tight-knit community of Jacksonville Beach has rallied around the victims of Hurricane Helene in North Carolina, led by the owner of Angie’s Subs, Ed Malin, who has managed an impressive collection of necessary supplies to aid in the recovery efforts, News4Jax reported. With a singular day of gathering donations, Malin announced his plan to leave on Wednesday morning with a convoy pulling trailers filled with much-needed goods like water, diapers, baby formula, and toilet paper.
