JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Southbound lanes of State Road 9B at E Town Parkway were closed Thursday morning after a 23-year-old motorcyclist was involved in a crash with an SUV. The Florida Highway Patrol said the 23-year-old man from Saint Marys was traveling south on State Road 9B south of E-Town Parkway when he approached the SUV from behind in the center lane. FHP said the front of the man’s motorcycle collided with the back of the SUV.
