JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Thursday morning started off at least 20 degrees colder than New Year’s Day with frosty conditions developing for some areas. A Freeze Warning has been issued for Friday morning beginning at 2 a.m. for Southeast Georgia counties, as well as Baker, portions of Nassau, Columbia, Suwannee and Hamilton counties in Northeast Florida. Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 degrees are expected. Counties include: Suwannee-Baker-Inland Nassau-Gilchrist-Eastern Hamilton-Western Hamilton-Northern Columbia-Southeastern Columbia-Southwestern Columbia-Coffee-Jeff Davis-Bacon-Appling-Wayne-Atkinson-Pierce-Brantley-Inland Glynn-Echols-Clinch-Inland Camden-Northern Ware- Northeastern Charlton-Southern Ware-Western Charlton.
