Highly anticipated Pour Taproom — boasting 80 taps — has been in the soft opening process since June 6 at 61 N. Laura St. on the VyStar Credit Union campus, offering some “dry runs and sneak peeks.” A grand opening date is still pending.
“We’re really trying not to open too early. It’s a new concept here, not only for Jacksonville, but for our employees, because we are not a traditional restaurant,” owner/operator Tony Draper told the Times-Union amid the trial runs. “So there is an educational process not only from the guest experience but also with our staff.
