Jacksonville – This park celebrates the history of the Lavilla neighborhood and commemorates the Black National Anthem–which played a major role in the Great Migration and the nation’s history. It’s critical that we create high-quality programming that contributes to a healthy, happy and thriving neighborhood. There is so much rich history in our city – the more we activate the spaces that honor it, the more we can appreciate it and learn for the future.
