REDDICK, FL (352today.com) – A verbal altercation between two men who were involved in a relationship turned into murder.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office‘s major crimes unit arrested Henry Jonathan Valencia, 23, July 11, 2025, for second degree murder, a felony charge for murder dangerous depraved without premeditation.
MCSO deputies responded to the Petro gas station located at Hwy. 318 and I-75 at approximately 2:24 on May 30, 2025, in reference to a shooting. When they arrived on the scene, the deputies found Nosiah Santos, 17, suffering from a gunshot wound. Marion County Fire and Rescue also responded to the scene of the incident, transporting the victim to Shands Hospital in Gainesville, where he would succumb to his injuries, a gunshot wound to his upper torso…
