HILLIARD, Fla. (WFLA) — Three women were killed in a triple shooting in Nassau County, Florida, Thursday night, with only a little girl surviving the violence.
The Nassau County Sheriff’s Office said it got a call at around 8 p.m. Thursday about a shooting at a house on West 12th Avenue in Hillard.

“Deputies responded to the residence and attempted to make contact with anyone inside,” Sheriff Bill Leeper said. “We got no response. 13:10 They tried to look through open windows to see if there were any signs of people inside. As they checked the front door, they found it to be unlocked, so they opened the door and announced who they were and called out for anyone, but got no response.”
The sheriff said that when deputies entered the home, they found a deceased woman in the living room-dining room area, another deceased woman in a hallway bathroom, and a third woman dead in the bedroom across the hall…
