Leroy Girard Whitaker, also known as “ATK Scotty,” has been found guilty of first-degree murder in the 2020 death of Charles “Lilbuck” McCormick.
He was also involved in a violent home invasion when he ran from the crime being charged with burglary with assault or battery and home invasion robbery. It centered on an ongoing dispute among rappers and being “dissed.”
Whitaker, 24, was on trial with co-defendant and fellow Jacksonville rapper Ksoo, real name Hakeem Armani Robinson.
