JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – More than nine months after a security guard was shot and killed on Oct. 3, 2024, at the Dragon Arcade on Jacksonville’s Westside, the U.S. Marshals captured a 25-year-old wanted in the murder.
Quraan Osiris Goodman has been charged with second-degree murder, two counts of attempted second-degree murder, armed burglary with assault or battery, attempted armed robbery, and aggravated assault.
