JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a woman killed in a hit-and-run crash on Monday, July 21, 2025.
Around 3:30 p.m., patrol officers in District 6 responded to Wainwright Circle near Edgewood Avenue, where a Black woman was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street. The driver fled the scene, and the woman died from her injuries.
Following an extensive investigation involving the Homicide, Traffic Homicide, SWAT, and Crime Scene Units, detectives identified 42-year-old Durrell Bradley as the suspect.
