Jacksonville Unveils Ten New Tiny Homes in Community Push to Tackle Homelessness

Today’s ribbon-cutting ceremony in Jacksonville marked a significant step forward in the battle against homelessness with the unveiling of 10 new Tiny Homes, a project aimed at providing more than just a roof over the heads of those in need. The homes, part of a collaborative effort between the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department (JFRD), Sulzbacher, the Jesse Ball duPont Fund, Synergy Steel, and Mayor Deegan, represent an initiative that’s about offering dignity, stability, and hope to its future residents.
