Man accused of pointing gun at deputies arrested after shooting at Clay Electric building: CCSO

A suspect is facing several charges after allegedly entering an Orange Park business with a gun, firing shots at the Clay Electric building, and nearly being shot himself, according to law enforcement.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office said that around 1 pm, deputies overheard an emergency call about a disturbance involving an armed person in Orange Park. The Orange Park Police Department confirmed it received a call about the man entering the Safelite AutoGlass on Kingsley Avenue with a gun.

Exclusive video obtained by Action News Jax appears to show the suspect, 63-year-old Mark Gulden, arriving at and leaving the shop over the course of less than two minutes.
