Four Jacksonville smoke shop clerks arrested in nitrous oxide sales investigation, police say

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrested four smoke shop clerks after undercover agents bought nitrous oxide for recreational use, police said.

The arrests took place on September 2.
