JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Thirty-one-year-old Gregory Strigglers was arrested and charged with lewd conduct with a student and unlawful use of a two-way communications device, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Strigglers made his first court appearance on Monday.
