From Madison Street to Myrtle Avenue, then from Kings Road to 13th street is fondly known as ‘The Hole.’ To celebrate the area’s 11th annual reunion, neighbors, family and friends held court at the Emmett Reed Community Center for a meet and greet and outdoor BBQ with new and old friends. The hole was considered a prominent area for students that attended John E. Ford, Darnell Cookman and A.L. Lewis secondary schools.
