JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Halloween might be over, but one scare isn’t going away: the thought of hundreds of Jacksonville cats and dogs spending the holidays in a shelter.
Animal Care and Protective Services, Jacksonville’s municipal animal shelter, is offering free adoptions all November long to help get its animals into loving homes.
