Jacksonville Man Indicted for Armed Robberies at Local Pizza Shops, Faces Life in Prison

A Jacksonville man, Eugene Campbell IV, 35, has been indicted on federal charges for armed robberies at two local pizza shops. He faces two counts of Hobbs Act robbery and two counts of discharging a firearm during a crime of violence. If convicted, Campbell could receive up to 20 years for each robbery and 10 years to life for each firearm-related charge, according to U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe.

As per the U.S. Attorney’s Office release, the incidents occurred on August 4 and August 5, when Campbell allegedly robbed the two establishments and discharged a firearm.
