JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The family of a woman who died in a house fire last Wednesday near the Hidden Hills neighborhood has confirmed her identity to News4JAX.
According to a GoFundMe, Laurie Moore was the woman who lost her life after a “sudden and unexpected” house fire on Fulton Road and Fort Caroline Road. Her identity was confirmed to News4JAX by her son and GoFundMe organizer, Dylan Johnson.
“Our family is devastated to share that our mother tragically passed away after a sudden and unexpected house fire,” the GoFundMe reads. “The shock of losing her in such a heartbreaking way has left us struggling to process the reality of what happened. As we try to make sense of this unimaginable loss, we find ourselves facing not only deep grief but also the overwhelming responsibilities that come in the aftermath of such a tragedy.”…
