JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 36-year-old woman died Saturday night after a chain-reaction pile-up on J. Turner Butler Boulevard near Belfort Road, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
According to FHP, the woman’s SUV was stuck in traffic in the right lane on JTB behind another SUV and a pick-up truck around 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
A car also headed westbound in the center lane lost control, swerved into the right lane, and despite trying to brake, slammed into the back of the woman’s SUV — pushing it forward into the other SUV and the truck, the report said…
