BIT OF JOY | Naturalization ceremony

Ninety-five people from 39 countries became U.S. citizens in a naturalization ceremony at halftime of yesterday’s Jaguars game. They come to Jacksonville from all corners of the world, including Ukraine, Russia, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Austria, India and Pakistan. Some wore hijabs, others wore suits and one sported a Jaguars beanie. Watching them from midfield was a 75-year-old who came to the U.S. from Pakistan as a 16-year-old: Jaguars owner Shad Khan.
