Ninety-five people from 39 countries became U.S. citizens in a naturalization ceremony at halftime of yesterday’s Jaguars game. They come to Jacksonville from all corners of the world, including Ukraine, Russia, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Austria, India and Pakistan.
