JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Ten days before Roy Estes III died in October during a dental implant procedure at a Florida Dental Implant Studio in Ponte Vedra, his dentist, Dr. Francesco Sebastiani, who he knew only as Dr. Franco, pleaded no contest to felony grand theft.
That came as a shock to Estes’ father, Roy Estes Jr.
