JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Northeast Florida community gathered Friday morning to honor the lives of those who died experiencing homelessness.
Changing Homelessness and City Rescue Mission partnered to bring the annual memorial service to commemorate National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day.
