Jacksonville authorities have arrested 39-year-old Jules Miller following a major drug investigation. JSO Narcotics detectives tracked Miller, a convicted felon, to multiple locations in the Wesconnett neighborhood—including a house, an apartment, and a storage unit—suspected of being used in his illegal drug activities.
On December 15, 2025, law enforcement executed search warrants at the identified properties. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office reports that detectives seized a range of drugs capable of producing thousands of doses, including 17.9 grams of fentanyl (nearly 9,000 potential overdoses), 193 grams of methamphetamine, as well as mushrooms, phenethylamines, cocaine, and marijuana.
