Jacksonville police say a McDonald’s employee was shot in the neck when “a physical altercation” between two co-workers escalated into gunfire at the fast food restaurant in Oceanway.
The victim — described as a man in his early 20s — was hospitalized in critical but stable condition, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
