A popular fast-casual Mexican restaurant will debut its newest restaurant featuring its signature drive-thru pick-up lane in Clay County as it expands throughout Northeast Florida.
Chipotle Mexican Grill opened Jan. 20 at 1680 Blanding Blvd. in Middleburg. The new restaurant is the first in Middleburg, and the third in Clay County, Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) online records show. It joins Chipotle locations at 1607 County Road 220 on Fleming Island and 876 Blanding Blvd. in Orange Park.
