A long-standing parking garage in downtown is beginning a new chapter as Gateway Jax has broken ground on its latest redevelopment project.
The project at 721 N. Pearl Street will transform an existing parking structure into a retail-oriented anchor for a new pedestrian shopping corridor along Beaver Street as part of the Pearl Square project.
