A U.S. Navy sailor who was offered $45,000 to marry a Chinese immigrant in a sham wedding has pleaded guilty to marriage fraud conspiracy in Jacksonville’s federal court.
Jacinth Bailey, 25, could face up to five years in prison for her part in a scam that triggered criminal charges against at least four current or former service members.
