The maintenance work being done on the CSX railroad tracks near the intersection of Highway 90 and Halsema Road South is creating a major headache for people living in one Jacksonville Westside neighborhood.
“It’s very inconvenient,” Robin Cardenas said, who lives near the railroad tracks.
