ORANGE PARK, Fla. — An arrest has been made in connection to a deadly Orange Park stabbing, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday.
Charles Franklin Jones Jr. has been arrested in connection to the fatal stabbing of Billy Clark Foster, who was 38 years old.
