9:30 PM UPDATE: The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office held a media briefing explaining that at 5 p.m. on Saturday, a large group of teens gathered in the parking lot of the Avenues mall.
Gunfire erupted in the parking lot and the teens then dispersed.
