JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Four people were hurt in a shooting on Saturday in Jacksonville Beach, police say.
It happened in the area of Beach Boulevard and 2nd Street as the Community First Seawalk Music Festival was happening nearby at the Seawalk Pavilion. The Jacksonville Beach Police Department initially reported that they were at the scene investigating at around 7:30 p.m.
