The Jacksonville-based sandwich chain announced Monday the launch of its Chicken ‘N’ Cheddar Rancher Sub, a bold new addition featuring premium grilled white meat chicken, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and a newly developed herb-forward buttermilk ranch. The sandwich marks the brand’s first new permanent menu item in three years.
The sub is rolling out first as a loyalty-exclusive offer through the Firehouse Subs mobile app and online ordering platform through March 1. Beginning March 2, it will be available nationwide in restaurants and for delivery, just ahead of National Ranch Day on March 10.
At the center of the new sandwich is Firehouse Subs’ upgraded grilled chicken, crowned with black-edged grill marks that hint at the smoky aroma of a backyard cookout. Each bite delivers juicy tenderness, complemented by the crisp snap of thick-cut bacon and the creamy richness of a buttermilk ranch developed exclusively for the chain. The sub builds on the popular chicken, bacon, and ranch combination while elevating it with premium ingredients.
