Signs of development for Parker’s Kitchen could soon surface in the Regency area of Arlington as demolition proceeds on a closed CVS Pharmacy at southwest Atlantic and Southside boulevards.
The city issued a permit Feb. 24 for HFA-AE Ltd. of Bentonville, Arkansas, to demolish a 13,044-square-foot building on 1.5 acres at 9100 Atlantic Blvd. at a project cost of $59,900.
