What Now reported back in October on plans for a new 1928 Cuban Bistro to open at 501 Riverside Avenue in Jacksonville. Now, as the Jacksonville Business Journal reported this week, that location (the brand’s eighth) has officially opened.
But before even finishing celebrating that news, there’s more. A little over a week ago, the Jacksonville Daily Record reported on the official groundbreaking of the Village at Seven Pines, a new shopping center whose first stores Regency Centers says will open in 2027. Listed among them are two local restaurants: a new outpost of Ember & Iron, and a new 1928 Cuban Bistro.
