As the highly anticipated first Potbelly Sandwich Works prepares to open its first Jacksonville restaurant in Deerwood Village, plans are moving ahead for a second restaurant.
Franchise owner Patrick Prendergast says the popular Chicago-based restaurant chain will open its second location at 13529 Beach Blvd., Suite 101, at Hodges Station shopping center, in the Intracoastal West area. A June opening is targeted.
