Duval County Circuit Judge London Kite declined to make a decision Thursday on whether Mario Fernandez Saldana should be granted bond.
Fernandez Saldana is the estranged husband of Shana Gardner, the ex-wife of slain Microsoft executive Jared Bridegan.
