Underwood Jewelers in San Marco Square is cleared to start a $2.2 million renovation.
The city issued a permit March 11 for Jeff Thompson Construction Co. of Jacksonville to renovate the exterior facade and fully remodel the interior of the store at 2044 San Marco Blvd.
