A 25-year-old Jacksonville man is facing a potential life sentence in federal prison after an undercover FBI operation ended in his arrest earlier this month. Adeis Jonathan Francis was charged by indictment with attempted enticement of a child to engage in sexual activity, U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announced this week.
The investigation began in mid-February when an FBI agent, posing as a 13-year-old girl, launched an undercover sting across Jacksonville and Pensacola.
