Nonprofit Developer Helming $375.9M Jacksonville Sr. Housing Project

Nonprofit senior living developer, Fleet Landing, plans to build a 32-story tower at 111 Riverside Ave., Jacksonville, encompassing approximately 500,000 square feet and including 239 residential units and 40 licensed care units. The Jacksonville Business Journal reports the project is slated to cost $375.9 million. Plans include assisted living and memory care, along with several amenities, including dining venues, a performing arts center, fitness and wellness facilities, a swimming pool, and a spa.

In addition to an activated public riverfront with a pedestrian plaza, accessed via stairs and an ADA-compliant ramp, the public will also have access to street-facing retail and a 400-seat auditorium.
