Plans for a mixed-use development that would include medical, hospitality, dining and retail uses in West Jacksonville moved forward March 19 after Planning Commission approval for a change to the previously approved site plan.
Jacksonville-based Cross Regions Group requested the change to allow for its proposed Fountains at Westside development on 25.66 acres at southeast Lane Avenue and Ramona Boulevard south of Interstate 10.
