The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has issued an alert for a suspect in a high-speed, fiery hit-and-run that killed a 27-year-old woman on University Boulevard just two days into the new year.
Three months later, traffic homicide detectives identified 23-year-old Alexander Rivera-Russo as the man wanted in their investigation. His photo can be viewed on the Sheriff’s Office Facebook.
