A franchisee of Firehouse Subs, the fast-casual sandwich chain founded in Jacksonville, Florida, has fallen into Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The operator in question is CN Holdings LLC, which owns 11 Firehouse Subs locations across Utah and Idaho.
