CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – A candlelight vigil was held Saturday evening at Keystone Beach for the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department engineer who died in a car crash.
Colton R. Tibbetts, 23, joined the agency three years ago and in November, was promoted to engineer at just 22 years old.
