JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says that an investigation is currently underway after the in-custody death of a former inmate on Friday afternoon.
JSO says the former inmate, 64-year-old Francisco Juan Torres Torres, was taken to a hospital on Monday, March 30, after he “appeared to suffer a medical issue.”
