JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Community Action Coalition will hold a vigil and rally at the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office headquarters to demand answers one year after the death of a Duval County inmate.
April 7 marks a year since an unspecified “incident” involving nine corrections officers, who were reassigned, led to the death of a 31-year-old Charles Faggart at the Duval County Jail.
