JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday night that it is searching for a missing man who was last seen in the Ribault neighborhood.
JSO said Mingo Rollins was last seen around 7:30 p.m. on Roth Drive near Cleveland Road.
Police say Rollins is about 5′8 and 120 pounds, has brown eyes, and salt and pepper hair…
