JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Scattered showers and storms will remain in the forecast for the rest of the weekend. Due to an onshore wind, the Atlantic sea breeze will be more progressive and will run into the pinned Gulf sea breeze. This will occur along and west of I-75.
Storm coverage will be highest in those areas and little if any rain is expected outside of those areas. Activity will be most widespread in the afternoon and evening. If you have any outdoor plans, make sure to keep an eye on the sky.
High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s. The risk for rip currents will remain high through the rest of the weekend…
