A Jacksonville man warned away from a local Wawa in the morning was arrested for trespassing where he returned there later in the day.
A deputy responded to a trespass complaint at Wawa on U.S. Hwy. 441 in Lady Lake around 12:55 p.m. Monday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. Upon arrival, he found 60-year-old David Jim Browning sitting on the ground near the north-most fuel pump.
The deputy knew he had already been trespassed from that location due to being on the original call at 4:53 that morning. He also had an extensive criminal history with numerous offenses, the report said…
